I've been a mind/body therapist and life coach for almost 20 years. What started as a simple massage therapy practice has grown into something bigger — coaching, writing, and pursuing a Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, and I'm deciding what to do with it. I’m not a longevity expert; I have the lived experience. I’m 62 in the photo on the left and 67 in the photo on the right. Staying crazy active in Hawaii is the fountain of youth for me. I am sharing what I do, what I eat, and how I feel so you can feel good in your body, in your relationships, in your life.

p.s. I cook for the people I love and even some I don’t. For me, food is an integral part of being happy, healthy, and loved, so you'll find recipes here too!

The Gottman Method of marriage therapy says that one of the means to a happy relationship is that there has to be a ratio of 5 positive interactions to 1 negative interaction per day between couples. Sometimes that's the only thing that Andy & I get right. As aggravated as I get with Andy, he is hands-down the best human being I’ve ever known.
