This is 90 minute session that can be very intense in that you must be honest with me and yourself because the location of tension in your body will tell me the truth about you. From that point of truth, you'll learn how to shift your perception about whatever issues you may be holding in your emotional body that is causing you physical pain. Through massage therapy and verbal cues, you'll learn new methods of coping with life's daily stresses. Together we'll crack the door on the dark corners of your life and allow the light of new ideas and new hope to shine.
Have you ever wanted someone to walk into your life, take a look around, and make suggestions for change? With this package, we'll look at the energy of your home, the food in your refrigerator, the clothes in your closet . . . we'll talk about making changes from the inside out and the outside in to move you in the direction you desire.
